EPJD Topical Issue: Exploring Dissociative Electron Attachment Processes – Submissions are Open

We are excited to announce that the EPJD Topical Issue: Exploring Dissociative Electron Attachment Processes is open for manuscript submissions!

This special issue aims to showcase cutting-edge research and innovative applications of dissociative electron attachment (DEA) processes. Contributions will cover topics such as:

  • Advances in experimental and theoretical methodologies for DEA.
  • Applications of DEA in nanotechnology, materials science, and plasmon-mediated catalysis.
  • Biological responses to electron attachment and radiation effects.
  • DEA in environmental, atmospheric, and astrophysical chemistry.
  • Emerging trends and related fields of electron scattering.

Submissions are open to participants of the 4th DEA Club Meeting and the broader scientific community. Original research papers, topical reviews, perspectives, and other article types are welcome.

  • Submission Deadline: May 31, 2025

All manuscripts will undergo rigorous peer review according to EPJD’s standards. Papers will be published online continuously upon acceptance and grouped in the electronic version of the Topical Issue.

For detailed submission guidelines and article preparation, please visit the EPJD Topical Issue webpage.

Join us in advancing our understanding of DEA processes and their applications across diverse scientific fields.
