The University of Potsdam - Now and Then

People have been studying, teaching and doing research in Potsdam for centuries, for two decades now the city has a university. The University of Potsdam was founded in 1991 and has long since become a centre of the science city Potsdam. With its three campuses Am Neuen Palais, Golm and Griebnitzsee that are spread across the city as well as with its partners the university form a unique scientific network. 20 years after its foundation the University of Potsdam is on the go – a place where knowledge grows.
