Novel thin-film transistors from soft-semiconductors prepared via spin-coating
Beyond radiation detectors and space photovoltaics, we are working on novel electronics based on tolerant soft semiconductors. Knowledge of high-quality thin film deposition and single crystal growth hereby allows us to fabricate thin-film transistors, light-emitting diodes, or sensors. Tolerant and truly flexible, this could allow a novel generation of electronics.
