Arriving by public transport

You can get to the BabyLAB by train or bus. There are regular local train connections with the RB21 (destination Wustermark), RB20 (destination Oranienburg) and RB22 (destination Airport Schönefeld) from Potsdam Central Station via Charlottenhof and Park Sanssouci to Golm. In addition there are three bus lines (X5, 605, 606) going from Potsdam Hauptbahnhof on different routes to Golm. The stop to get off is Bahnhof Golm.

If you come by train from Potsdam leave the platform contrary to the running direction. You will pass a yellow building with the restaurant Zum Schaffner. Go towards the campus crossing the road (Karl-Liebknecht-Straße) and stay right from the golden building. If you arrive from Wustermark (on the other platform) you will have to go down the stairs towards the bus stop.

All buses stop under the railroad bridge. Follow the pedestrian path to the campus and head for the golden building with the white observatory on top. Pass this building and you will see a black building (our library).

Follow the walkway to the next intersection, turn right and pass the main entrance of the campus. At the next intersection you see a tall black-white striped building. This is building 14. Walk past the first entrance and enter into the second.

In the building go straight to the elevator and go to the first floor. Here you turn left, enter the glass door and then the second door on the right to room 1.27 - our waiting room. Take a seat, we will pick you up here.
