• Participants are given an overall system (culture, structure, strategy) of how a project can best be managed depending on its size or duration (classic, agile or hybrid project management).
• Practical step-by-step tips on how to set up a project efficiently with analogue and digital tools (Project structure).
• Planning processes & and implementation of goals and milestones under agile conditions (agile mindset and project management).
• Essential understanding of how to build a productive team or how to better use the potential of diversity in existing teams.
