Textual Data Mining is a powerful method to uncover the structure underlying large amounts of non-structured qualitative data by means of Simple Correspondence Analysis. WIPCAD doctoral researcher Diane Bombart invited Mireille Summa from the University Paris Dauphine and the CEREMADE (Centre de Recherche en Mathématiques de la Décision) to give a workshop at WIPCAD on Textual Data Mining. The workshop took place on November 10 and 11. Eight WIPCAD fellows and two external researchers learnt how to perform and interpret the results of Textual Data Mining analyses.
