Prof. Dr. Sabine Kuhlmann (Chair of Political Science, Public Administration and Organisation II and member of WIPCAD) held her inaugural lecture on July 09th 2014 at the University of Potsdam. The Dean of the Department of Economic and Social Sciences Prof. Dr. Maik Heinemann officially welcomed all guests. After the lecture on the subject of “Verwaltung und Verwaltungsreformen in Europa” Prof. Kuhlmann invited to a reception.
