From 26-29 March 2014 the International Studies Association held its 55th Annual Convention in Toronto, Canada on “Spaces and Places – Geopolitics in an Era of Globalization”. Prof. Harald Fuhr, Spokesperson of WIPCAD, chaired a Panel in ISA’s Environmental Studies. The Panel topic was “The Reconfiguration of Authority in Climate Policy-Making: Global, National, and Local Perspectives”. He was joined by Thomas Hickmann (University of Potsdam), Prof. Matthew J. Hoffmann (University of Toronto), Prof. Markus Lederer (University of Münster) and Dr. Fariborz Zelli (Lund University).
