Prof. Florian J. Schweigert
Professor for Physiology and Pathophysiology of Nutrition
After studying Veterinary Medicine in Munich and obtaining his doctoral degree, Prof. Schweigert conducted several postdoctoral research fellowships, before receiving the professorship at the University of Potsdam. The field of International Nutrition is an important focus point for his research.
Dr. Ina M. Henkel
Postdoctoral research fellow
After studying Nutritional Science at the University of Potsdam, Ina Henkel obtained her doctoral degree in 2013. Next to her research about the relationship of kidney pathophysiology and diabetes, she is also an expert for e-Learning and the organization of Summer Schools.
Katrin Kühn, M. Sc.
Project management
Katrin Kühn completed her studies on Nutritional Science and obtained her Master degree in 2014. Already during her years of study she focused on International Nutrition and is now responsible for the project management of the Potsdam Summer School of International Nutrition.
