Buddy Program for International Students
Soon you will begin your studies at the University of Potsdam. To make the beginning of your stay easier for you, we can connect you with a buddy. If possible, we will match you with a buddy from your program of studies in order to offer the best support. Participating in the buddy program is free of charge. Our buddies are experienced University of Potsdam students who would like to help you get to know the university and life in Germany. And by participating in this program, they hope to learn more about your culture as well.
Your buddy can help you answer any questions before your arrival in Potsdam or Berlin. He or she can give you advice on everyday issues such as shopping facilities or mobile phone and provide you with tips on how to spend your spare time. Over the course of the semester, you can turn to your buddy whenever you have a question.
