In our project

"BeLL – Attitudes and behaviors in teacher-student relationships: A theoretical conceptualization of reciprocal relationships between teachers and students" 

We are researching socio-emotional relationships between mathematics or German teachers and their students in grade 8 to 10, using longitudinal analyses. In particular, we focus on the consideration of different perspectives, reciprocity in social interactions between teachers and students, and on psychological processes (e.g. motivation, attitudes) mediating the relational behaviors of teachers and students. 

The research project runs from the beginning of 2023 until the end of 2025 in collaboration with Prof. Dr. Dr. Diana Raufelder, Chair of School Pedagogy at the University of Greifswald.
