Please note:
The Service Center Am Neuen Palais is closed until further notice. Research assistants will be on site from 15:00.
If you have any questions about the tasks and services of the ZIM, or specific problems, you can personally contact our Service Centers at all three locations.
Please also note our additional WiFi consultation hours.

Monday - Thursday: 8:00 to 15:00
Friday: 8:00 to 14:00

- Printing, copying and scanning (link in German)
– On site at the locations (first level support)
- IT workstation access (link in German)
– Support and information for the ZIM computer pool rooms
- PSN Potsdam Student Network
– Application & questions about the campus network at the student dormitory
- Equipment rental
– Laptops and technology for presentations and events
